Because of my more than 20 years of experience as a childcare director, I understand the qualities needed to build positive relationships with children and families. I personally evaluate candidates to ensure they align with our values of safety, reliability, respect, and professionalism. Once selected, team members receive training on child safety procedures and transportation protocols.

At Cuddly Corners LLC, safety is at the center of everything we do. With more than 20 years of childcare leadership experience, I understand the importance of being prepared for unexpected situations and having clear procedures in place to protect children at all times.
We maintain detailed emergency protocols for situations such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, severe weather, medical emergencies, or changes in pickup and drop-off plans. Team members are trained on safety procedures, emergency communication protocols, and how to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations.
Communication is a key part of our approach. Parents and authorized contacts are notified promptly if an unexpected situation occurs, and we keep families informed throughout the process. We also maintain updated emergency contact information, medical information when applicable, and authorized pickup lists to ensure we can respond appropriately and quickly.
